2005-2010 Volkswagen Jetta Repair Manual + Wiring Diagrams

The manual certainly has some value. Have only had it a few days and needed it for a particular repair, but because it was such a hassle to download, I could not wait. Tried to download as a Winzip, but was not able to open files. Manual is produced as an RAR file, which needs special software (free version not good enough) to open. There are many "Technical Bulletins" that are important, but get an error message that file has moved or is missing. Even after purchasing RAR Software. In addition, there is an option to download as a Winzip from within the Manual software, but when I tried to do that I got a message that "Your File Cannot Be Accessed. It has been removed deleted or Edited"...so have no "offline" use available. It is a challenge to keep running from computer to vehicle in my garage or outside, every time I need to reference a procedure...especially a complicated one! I am not a novice, as have been a mechanic for many years, and have worked in an automotive machine shop where I served my apprenticeship many, many years ago. I am also very familiar with many technical service manuals, and most are much more user friendly...even the digital versions. PDF files are very helpful as well, as they can be printed as needed. I do hope that as I attempt to use this manual in the months to come, that I can truly feel more comfortable with it, and hope I can overcome the obstacles presented due to the method used to produce the manual.
